Privacy Policy and Cookies

point 1. General Provisions

  1. The Data Administrator is ABRA-MEDIA with its registered office in 02-344 Warszawa, ul. Częstochowska 8/3, entered into CEIDG under NIP number: 5212605093.
  2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the term “You”, “Administrator” with the term – “We”.
  4. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  5. Personal data provided in inquiry forms and contact forms, contact fields are treated as confidential and remain invisible to unauthorized persons.

point 2. Data Administrator

  1. The Service Provider is the Data Administrator of its customers. If you send a message via the contact form, we process your data as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
  2. Personal data is processed:
    a) in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data;
    b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy;
    c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it and the proper implementation of the Services, sale of Products, provided electronically;
    d) to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
    – to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if you sent a message via the contact form;
  1. Each data subject (if we are their Data Administrator)  has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority .

  3. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  4. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  5. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  6. The Service Provider does not provide personal data to entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.
  7. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate and who, just like us, comply with the provisions and requirements of personal data protection.

point 3. Cookies

  1. The website uses Cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
  2. The information collected concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  3. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and trouble-free navigation. We monitor information about users using the Google Analytics tool, which records the behavior of users on the website. Cookies identify the user, thanks to which the content of the website he uses is matched to the user’s needs. Thanks to remembering his preferences, appropriate adjustments of advertisements and marketing messages addressed to him are possible. We use Cookies to guarantee a high level of convenience of our website, and the collected data is used only within the company to optimize activities.
  4. The following types of Cookies are used on our website:
    a) “essential” Cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication Cookies used for services requiring authentication on the website;
    b) Cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
    c) “performance” Cookie Files, enabling the collection of information on how the website pages are used;
    d) “Functional” Cookie Files, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.;
    e) “Advertising” Cookie Files, enabling the provision of advertising content to users more tailored to their interests (remarketing in search engines, in the Google Display Network (GDN), remarketing using pixel code technology on Facebook, other advertising networks).
  5. The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting Cookies by changing the settings in the web browser. 
    Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to it by completing the form. We keep and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.

point 4. Disclaimer

  1. The site administrator is not responsible for the advertisements posted. Buyers should be careful when responding to an ad or sending money. Although we attach great importance to the credibility of advertisers who publish their ads here, we cannot be held responsible for their actions. Address data and details of each advertiser’s offer can be considered certain only at the time of publication.
  2. The publisher is not responsible for any damage caused while using the website, nor for the consequences resulting from it. The website may contain links to other websites. The publisher is not responsible for the functioning of these websites and the content contained therein.
